The rebuild focused on improving usability, scalability and content management. By leveraging Webflow and integrating Recruiterflow automation, Amphaus created an efficient platform that supports the client's evolving digital needs.
The project required a rapid rebuild of the existing website within a tight timeframe to ensure continuity of service and avoid disruption for users.
A key requirement was integrating Recruiterflow with Webflow, allowing live job vacancies to be automatically synchronised and displayed on the new Webflow website.
The website was rebuilt in Webflow by recreating the existing information architecture and translating it into a scalable CMS-driven platform. Content was structured into Webflow Collections, allowing dynamic pages such as job listings and content sections to be managed efficiently.
Webflow Components were used to create reusable elements and maintain design consistency, while custom forms supported contact enquiries and candidate applications. The final build leveraged Webflow’s publishing workflow, CMS tools, and responsive framework to provide a flexible platform for future development.
The website required a seamless integration between RecruiterFlow and Webflow to ensure live job vacancies were automatically synchronised and displayed on the new platform.
Using Zapier automation, job data was pulled from RecruiterFlow and structured within Webflow CMS Collections, removing the need for manual updates and ensuring listings remained accurate and up to date.
This created a more efficient workflow for the recruitment team while providing users with access to the latest opportunities.
